この度、大手医療器具メーカー様による医療機器プロモーション動画にご出演いただけるキャストを募集いたします！


【募集キャスト】
1. 女性医師役（30代〜40代　女性） 出演料：計６万円（税込）

2.男性研修医（20代〜30代前半　男性）出演料：計４万円（税込）
3.患者役（年齢、性別は問いません）　出演料：計３万円（税込）
4.エキストラモデル　出演料：計1万円（税込）



※国籍は問いません。海外向けの動画撮影の為、人種的に多様なキャストを求めています。
台詞はありませんが、日本語または英語でコミュニケーションができる方のみご応募ください。
（スタッフの中に英語話者が複数いますので、英語対応可能です）



※いずれも税込み。交通費別。

※いずれも無期限買い取り。競合排他なし。

※出演料は請求書で月末締め翌月末払いです。
　
（例：撮影日が5月の場合、５月末締め６月末払い）



【撮影日程】
撮影は5月10日、11日の2日間を予定しています。
両日ご出演頂ける方を優先的に選考させていただきますが、いずれか1日のみのご出演頂ける方も是非ご応募ください。
応募の際にご予定をご記載ください。

※両日ご出演頂ける場合でも1日のみのご出演をお願いする場合もございます。

We are looking for actors/actresses for a medical equipment promotion video.
Our client is one of the most renowned medical equipment companies in the world and the video will be mainly used on their website.


【Shooting date】： MAY 10th, and 11th, 2021 (subject to change)

*For those who can come on both dates are preferred.


Shooting location: TBA. Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama or Chiba.



【Roles and payments】:

Female Physician JPY60,000 total *Tax included
Male Resident JPY40,000 total *Tax included
Patient JPY30,000 total *Tax included
Extra Model JPY10,000 total* Tax included



*Transportation fee will be reimbursed. Complete buyout in perpetuity.


Payment condition: Closings take place at the end of each month with payments made the following month.

We do not have face-to-face auditions, but will have an online meeting once the casts are decided.
All nationalities are welcome - but please understand that we seek racial diversity for the casting since the video sets in an overseas hospital. As for language, we use Japanese and/or English on set.
